Our Staff

All staff working for Mantis are senior; that means no executives or account managers, but does mean bags of PR skills and know-how. It means that all staff are capable of understanding a clients’ business, its aims and objectives, the issues that face its customers and are capable of designing and delivering against measureable PR plans.

Because our staff and company are dedicated to public sector IT, it also means our staff have closer, more frequent contact with the journalists, industry analysts, trade associations and other industry advocates important to our clients' businesses.

All staff have deep B2B IT knowledge – covering a plethora of sub sectors and technologies - earned through years of operating in the PR industry.

Meet the Directors:
Gavin Loader and Toby Gavin
Managing Directors, Mantis Public Relations Ltd

Gavin Loader and Toby Gavin are the committed, driven, hard-working and dynamic Managing Directors of the UK's only dedicated public sector B2B IT, Public Relations agency.

They draw on nearly 20-years combined B2B IT Public Relations experience, including 6 years of dedicated public sector IT experience and direct public sector experience.

Through their clients they have come into contact and completed projects in partnership with hundreds of Central Government agencies, local authorities, PCTs; emergency service organisations; universities, colleges and schools; and power and energy suppliers.

Having first worked together at international tech PR agency, Text 100, Gavin has also held roles with international marketing agency, Barrett Howe; European tech PR agency, Johnson King and UK tech PR agency, NSPR. Toby has also previously held roles with European tech PR agency, Euro PR Group.
