The Mantis Discovery Exercise
Our discovery exercise helps an organisation to broadly identify its PR needs, create the 'PR brief'; identify strong spokespeople, news stories and issues; and create a new, tailored PR programme.
The Mantis Discovery Exercise takes around 3 days of our time to complete.
The Mantis Advisory Panel
To ensure you get the very best thinking, consultancy and advice when you need it, we have assembled an advisory panel of renowned IT and business specialists from the markets of healthcare (NHS and private), education, local government and emergency services.

The Mantis Profile and Perception Audit
Before we embark on a PR campaign, we like to understand your company's profile within your target market and your company's perception amongst stakeholders (customers, prospects, journalists, staff, management, partners, etc).
A profile audit is normally carried out using an online survey system to produce quantitative results gauging your profile within industry, knowledge of your company, positioning against competition and other agreed factors.
A perception audit is carried out by telephone – using a small group of agreed stakeholders – to produce qualitative results, which help you understand the current perception of your company. This is the first step to producing clear, consistent messages.
Without an appreciation of your company's profile or its perception then the success of any PR campaign would be difficult to measure.
The Mantis Messaging Workshop
The Mantis Messaging Workshop uses a series of exercises to bring consistency among the core team who are responsible for communicating company messages. Often used following The Mantis Discovery Workshop and or following a session with The Mantis Advisory Panel, the three-hour workshop consists of a series of group exercises to agree both the hard facts and visible brand image of the company.
The Mantis Media Interview Training Course
Our succinct media interview training course is designed to make spokespeople feel more confident about media interviews through practical advice and hands-on experience. It is often in use following the Mantis Discovery Exercise and The Mantis Messaging Workshop to fine tune communication skills.
