Record Q1 for Mantis as turnover up 60%

Written by Eleanor Willock

To make this possible, we’ve begun supporting three, exciting tech clients that are making a positive impact on the public sector and all of our lives – Arcus Global; Content Guru and Florence. This brings our total clients to 20 with a retention rate of well over 90%. In fact, our oldest client has now been with us for 12 years.

As with previous quarters, we continue to support our clients with a full range of communications services – not just media relations. We have clients benefitting from our insight and intelligence, internal comms, crisis comms and influencer relations services.

Our team is growing too – we’ve added three new faces since the start of our year. Lauren Gill joins as a campaign director, Rebecca Paddick – former editor of University Business – joins as a senior campaign manager, alongside Nana Rodaki. Luke and Caitlin both passed probation and Bryony Cox received a very well-deserved promotion to campaign director. Our team retention rate is up to 87%; our trip to Belfast must have helped!

Going forward, we’re facing hazy, confusing times. But, come what may [no pun intended], the public sector has started a transformation process that is gathering pace and will be hard to derail. To achieve productivity gains and cost savings, whilst digitising public services, technology and innovative suppliers will be essential. We’re really well placed to help make those suppliers known, desired and successful.
